For our Winter Concert in 2023, we are singing a program that brings together music from different cultures who live alongside one another in Victoria, all of whom celebrate the returning of the light.

Concert features Frances Rosenberg, plus soloists from the Christ Church Cathedral Choristers and members of the Ecole Willows School Choir.

A concert celebrating the gift of cherry trees to the city of Victoria from our Japanese community

Cherry trees ("sakura") line the streets of Victoria in springtime, reminding us of renewal, hope, the fleeting nature of beauty, and how important it is to appreciate beauty and joy when they appear.

This concert combines a beautiful setting of the famous Japanese folksong 'Sakura' with madrigals, partsongs, and other beautiful choral music on the theme of spring and renewal.
