Notice of Annual General Meeting of the Newcombe Singers Association
Attendance is open to all; regular members may vote on Motions and Resolutions brought before the membership and for nominees to the Board of Directors.
Notice of Special General Meeting of the Newcombe Singers Association
Following the adjournment of the AGM a SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING will be convened with a vote on the following Special Resolution:
Special resolution: “Be it resolved that the Newcombe Singers will no longer charge a one-time music deposit. ”
Accordingly, The Bylaws be revised to replace
“6. Every regular member shall
6.1 pay membership dues at the first rehearsal in the fall or in the spring, or at whatever time the treasurer shall request; and
6.2 pay a one-time music deposit.”
with
“6. Every regular member shall pay membership dues at the first rehearsal in the fall or in the spring, or at whatever time the treasurer shall request.
